Joy? Joy is when one day you understand
that your life isn't worthless; that you
have something or someone to live for.
Maybe that someone is yourself-
maybe it's someone else.
But your life is worth living.

Joy to me? I take joy in
knowing there are
still truly honest, moral,
descent people in
the world and that I have
had the chance to
meet some of those people
thanks to
Clay [Aiken}sharing himself
and his love
of music with the world.
Joy is also watching a child
grow up healthy
and happy, and knowing that
you do
your best to protect them
from harm.
Joy is family times when
you can all
sit down together and do
something that
everyone enjoys as a family
such as
playing a game or watching
a show.

Joy is knowing your purpose.
That you were created as an expression of God's love to all the earth.
Joy is knowing that you were designed to be as a rain drop and wherever
you land that place will be blessed and nourished with the love of our
Creator; God.
~ Pastor Marty McGrail

Joy goes deeper
than pleasure or happiness. Pleasure and happiness passes so quickly.
Joy once received as a gift from the Holy Spirit remains with us.
As long as we do no harm to our neighbor and are always ready to help them
our hearts are full of joy. Joy is knowing that you are keeping God's
Law, the Ten Commandments and putting into practice the Beatitudes.
john g. parisi
